Mill Neck Audiology

was established in 1986 and is housed in the Mildred and Frank Feinberg Community Center for Hearing Health, located on the beautiful Mill Neck Manor School campus.

The mission of Mill Neck Audiology is to provide quality audiological services to children and adults. Our certified audiologists are members of the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and are licensed by New York State.

Infant/Pediatric Testing

Specializing in infant/pediatric evaluations (birth to age 5), our caring and experienced staff provides a child-centered environment, ensuring comfort to the child while acquiring the most audiological information. Infant/Pediatric testing utilizes the skill of two audiologists and is available on a private, fee basis, or through early intervention or school districts at no cost to parents.

Child/Adult Testing

Complete audiological services are also available to school age children and adults. Central Auditory Processing (CAP) testing is also provided to children over age 7. The audiological team provides aural rehabilitative services to adults, including hearing aid and evaluation, selection, counseling and dispensing.

Community Screenings

Hearing screenings are offered for people of all ages in communities throughout Nassau County and western Suffolk. A certified audiologist can bring equipment directly to a quiet room at your site. Recommendations are made for each patient if further evaluation is necessary. A phone call is all it takes to begin. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions and set up an appointment.

Other Services

Mill Neck Audiology offers other services including: hearing aid evaluations, dispensing hearing aids, custom ear molds and swim molds and assistive listening devices. We also offer hearing aid supplies, including all hearing aid batteries, cleaning supplies and accessories.

Payment Options

Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. Financial grants and a sliding scale are available. Payment for services or equipment can be made by cash, check, credit card, or through a patient payment plan.
